📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship globally to most regions (excluding some remote areas in Asia and isolated locations). Once your order is processed (within 1-2 business days), you can choose:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat rate of $12.95.
- Free Economy Shipping: Via EMS. Delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Free on all orders over $50.
How can I track my order?
Once your gear is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your kayak, SUP, sled, or accessories on their journey to you!
Do you ship to my country?
We deliver to most countries worldwide. However, we are currently unable to ship to a small number of remote regions in Asia and other isolated areas. Enter your address at checkout to see if delivery is available to your location.
